Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience, plus applicable project-specific required experience
Score acceptably on job related skills assessments
Knowledge of computer keyboard and mouse
Ability to work flexible schedules
Ability to clearly communicate using a clear, distinct voice
