Customer Care Specialist
Orly International, Inc. is a leader in the manufacturing of natural nail care and nail treatments with an established tradition of developing revolutionary products for the beauty care industry. Orly International has an immediate opening for a Customer Care Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a challenging Customer Care position or individuals interested in the beauty industry with job relevant skills.

Examples of work performed by this position include a broad range of responsibilities involving data entry, research credits & deductions for Accounting Department, assist reception desk, assist Sales Representatives and Management to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Customer Service Department.

Requirements include strong Microsoft Office software skills and a minimum of 2+ years customer service experience. Preferred applicants will have a strong ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the company and have excellent prioritizing skills. Prior beauty industry experiences a plus.
