Customer Care representative

CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

 

 

Open position is 5 a.m. through 2 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.This position is responsible for answering and responding to calls pertaining to nationwide ad campaign for travel nurses, data entry, mailings etc.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

?  Receive ad calls and main line calls

?  Perform  ?Outbound Campaigns? to update and clear database

?  Perform sorts in PeopleSoft for specialty requests

?  Act as Itinerary Team for strike fulfillment

?  Data Entry of applicant information into PeopleSoft

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  High School Diploma required; some college preferred. At least 2 years office experience; call center experience preferred.

 

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

 

?  Must posses excellent verbal communication and grammatical skills

?  Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook and familiarity of PeopleSoft systems a plus

?  Must be able to follow instructions and work with little supervision

?  Good organizational skills and time management skills are necessary

?  Requires the proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work as a ?team player?

?  Must demonstrate the ability to listen, process and respond quickly to the caller

?  Must be able to work weekends and be flexible to overtime

?  Must be able to keystroke 5000 KSPH

?  Must possess attention to detail

?  Must possess a positive attitude

?  Regular attendance
