Sets up new claim reports from customers via in-bound calls. Assists in answering basic status questions on in-bound calls for existing claims.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
* Consistently meets all current job objectives.
* Typing speed of 30 wpm or greater.
* Connects with caller while collecting necessary information and conveying expectations.
* Neutralizes an often-stressful situation by providing a positive customer experience.
* Interprets and communicates all guidelines effectively.
* Proficient in computer window-based programs with exceptional navigational skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Able to deliver caring and attentive, knowledgeable, confident, helpful, and prompt phone service.
* Able to handle stress and complex and diverse calls in a call center environment.
* Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
* Able to solve problems and multitask while handling customer calls.
* Possesses working knowledge of Progressive's systems, safety, quality and operational procedures, training manuals, and company policies and procedures.
Start Date - October 23, 2006
Work Schedule:
P/T hours between 20-36 hours per week. Start times starting at 3pm. End times 10 pm. Must work either Saturday or Sunday. Weekday off will be Wednesday or Thursday. Training M-F.
