Job Responsibilities:Individual contributor responsible for providing customer education on phone systems to external customersTraining and programming of Nortel EquipmentWork Complexity - provides solutions to a variety of routine issues Responsible for promoting good customer relations by providing necessary customer service and offering support for our sales organizations and their customers.50% face to face at client site & 50% of interaction on the phone.

Required Skills & Experience:Working knowledge of two or more of the following CPE Products: Nortel, Norstar, BCM50, 200 & 400, Call Pilot Voicemail, Option II PBXMinimum of 3 years experience Training & Programming Nortel equipment with customersPC skills using MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes and COPsExcellent written and oral skillsProblem-solving and negotiation skillsMust work well independentlySolid understanding of business practices and intra-company implementation of productsThe hours of the center are 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. You must be able to work anytime during these hours of operation, with additional flexibility based on customer needs

Desired Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales or equivalent Minimum of 3 years in the telecommunication industry Working knowledge of Cisco SystemsWorking knowledge of Auto AttendantNortel Certification
