Customer Logistics & Service Rep

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining world-class relationships with customers, the commercial development organization and suppliers to ensure the smooth delivery of goods and instrumentation to Domestic Blood Banks and the CBT global distribution network. This role is responsible for the Billing process with BT customers. Third party Warehouse coordinator: Key point of contact with the third partywarehouse not only managing shipment schedules but developing collaborative action plans to improve warehouse performance and optimize Order Fulfillment. Working with Sales & Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Techinical Support and Finance to support internal and External Customers.
