Safety-Kleen has an immediate opening for a CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST in Plano, TX.  This position serves as an audit function for the customer master data.  The position maintains the accuracy of the customer master file for an assigned region.  It also provides master data systems support to branches and other departments, maintains the accuracy of the data interface between BAP and SAP, and manages returned invoices and mail.  This position assures timely turnaround of returned invoices and corrections to master data to minimize DSO.

 

Key Responsibilities

? Audit new accounts for accuracy

? SAP Master Data management

? Research returned invoices and correct database errors

? Research accounts on forwarding report and correct database errors

? Make master data  corrections requested by customer

? Email and Ecaf processing for Master Data changes

? Support field operations for new account creation

? Customer Master Data systems support.

? Other duties as required

 

Qualifications High School +  specialized training or 1 year of college required1 to 3 years experience desired

? Computer literate skills ideally SAP R3, Excel and Access or similar database applications.

? Knowledge of master date processes, and their relationship to the business operations

? Good communication skills both written and verbally.  Able to express ideas effectively, adjusting for the needs of the audience

? Able to work in a team environment

? Attention to detail

? Ability to learn and implement new ideas quickly.

? Problem Assessment skills; identification of cause and effect relationships
