Customer Relations Associate

Established NJ Marketing and Distribution company catering to Fortune 500 clients seeks a detail oriented Customer Relations Associate. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment, have drive, motivation, strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. This position will manage specific corporate accounts, respond to various customer matters and maintain orders within an existing database.

This position requires a Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 3 years of Customer Relations experience. Excellent telephone skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are a must. Experience with Great Plains a plus.
