Customer Relations Coordinator

Feld Entertainment, Inc. producer of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Disney on Ice, and Disney Live! Is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to join the team at our world headquarters in Tyson?s Corner.

 

Duties: 1) Respond to Corporate customer relations correspondence - written letters, emails, and telephone requests. 2) Serve as point of contact for all departments to forward incoming customer letters and telephone calls requiring a written response or return phone call. 3) Use personal judgment to formulate appropriate responses to customer concerns, problems, and requests. When required, research the appropriate responses to customer letter questions. Ensure all responses are consistent with similar situations and questions. 4) Coordinate the procurement of any items to be included with response letters. 5) Maintain a database of mailings and regularly provide new names to Direct Marketing for inclusion in the Relationship Marketing customer database and maintain a paper file record of incoming letters and all responses generated. 6) Create and execute process for following-up with customers to measure customer satisfaction. 7) Serve as point person for all internal ticket requests and follow-up with local level promoters. 8) Coordinate and interface with Assistant to Mr. Feld, regarding any correspondence directly relating to Mr. Feld. Requirements: 1) Communications degree required or 3-5 years equivalent experience. 2) Experience dealing with the public, specifically relating to requests for information and/or products. 3) Strong listening, writing, analytical, confrontational, and negotiation skills are necessary. 4) Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and interact with all types of individuals is desired.
