Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Bridgewater, NJ

Position Description:
This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to handle large volumes of customer orders and inquiries via the phone. Processed orders and all related aspects are done through the SAP system. You must be well-organized, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize your workload and be detail oriented.

Requirements:
' Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in Customer Service or related field
' 3-5 years customer service experience preferably within a manufacturing environment
' Strong communication skills both written and verbal
' Strong PC skills
' Strong organizational skills
' Detail oriented
