Customer Relations Representative II

As a Customer Service Representative you will use your communication skills and experience to assist customers with their shipping needs. Together you will provide customers with on-time package delivery and exceptional customer service. It's a high-speed, exciting career and our standards are high.

We currently have full time positions available in the Tampa, FL area.

Here's what we're looking for:

- A High School Diploma
- Experience in call center and customer service preferred
- A quick study who works well in high-pressure situations
- A totally dedicated individual whose integrity is ironclad
- Strong computer, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Typing at 25 wpm minimum
