Work with Novartis Animal Health Specialty Products in SAP order entry, invoice creation, coordination of shipping with 3rd party warehousing, customer inquiries, Trade show activities for specialty products as well as other sales needs. Position will also include Customer Relations Support for the Farm Animal Group. Intranet Maintenance to include: update procedures/policies, department forms, pricing, responsible for overall visual and user efficiency, update Sales Reporting System information center, and ongoing database for FAQ within Sales Operations. Position will be primary support for all consumer written/e-mail inquiries and ensures appropriate Inter-departmental responses. Position will lead in sales support in the following areas: maintain SAP admin, maintainance of Z tables, Heartworm conversions, tradeshow orders, Field Sales systems support Back-up. Responsible for Customer Relations phone coverage during high volume, or shortage of staff on an as needed basis to ensure departmental service levels are maintained.

Qualifications
BS degree or equivilant desired. 3-5 years administrative experience. Inbound Call Center experience desired. Knowledge of PC package tools: including word-processing (Word), Spreadsheets (Excel) and Presentations (PowerPoint). Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks. Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
