We currently have an opening for a Customer/Sales Support Representative.The Cusomer/Sales Support Representative will respond to all inquiries and requests from our field sales force as well as from our clients.  They must be prepared to provide prepay credits and other tools to assist Account Executive?s in renewals and in signing new business.This person needs to be comfortable providing billing explanations to our field reps and to our clients.  Descriptions of the job functions are as follows:

 
 Respond to inbound telephone inquires from our sales team and our clients by providing answers to their questions as they relate to all phases of billing, contracts and general program questions
Complete outbound courtesy telephone calls to clients in a timely manner as scheduled by the department manager
Respond to e mail and fax inquiries from our sales team and our clients
Communicate with our field staff to work with them on resolving client issues; act as a liaison between the client and our sales team and the sales team and WW
Collect feedback data for marketing purposes as requested by the department manager
Pass all lead information on the field staff
Note all accounts each time a contact is made
Work with the Publishing Department to update specific account ads and/or make adjustments to other account information
Work closely with the Billing Department to ensure clients billings and credits are corrected/adjusted whenever necessary; provide account payment update information to the Billing Department
Hours are 10am - 7pm

 

Strong PC skills are necessary as well as experience in a high volume call center are needed.  Both Outlook and Excel are necessary in this Sales Support Position.  The person in this position will be crossed trained in Customer Support and Sales Support.  They must become fully efficient in both groups.  This position requires exceptional writing skills and verbal communications skills.  They need to be equally efficient working with our client as well as our sales team..
