Customer Sales and Service Representative

To qualify as a Verizon Customer Sales and Service Representative:

You must have excellent customer contact skills and must meet or exceed sales objectives. This is a sales-intensive position.  You'll be handling requests from new and current customers on installation, billing, or changes to current telephone services. You will also investigate and resolve disputes, complaints and inquiries regarding customer service. Must be computer literate. To be considered as a qualified candidate, you must successfully complete Verizon Pre-employment testing, drug screen, and background investigation.

The pay range for this position is $472.00/week-$1007.50/ week(Wage credit may be given based on your previous work experience, education, and training.) based on a 35 hour work week with increases given every six months. You must be willing to work any and all hours as the office is open Monday through Friday and most Holidays. The call center hours of operation are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

These are full-time, term(up to 30 months) positions with benefits. Paid training is also included.
