Customer Service Account Specialist - Part-Time
CITY: Richmond STATE: Virginia COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Demonstrate a high level of customer support in a fast-paced/ever changing team environment.
* Take complete ownership/leadership of all Consumer & Industrial inquiries to include post shipment issues, quoting, processing orders, expedites and providing product/technical information.
* Coordinate product delivery with manufacturing plants and warehouse for quick response to customer
* Facilitate problem resolution and first call response to increase customer satisfaction.
* Establish a strong working relationship with Sales Engineers that would allow for a seamless transition of work.
* Proactively identify improvements in the process to meet customer critical to qualify issues.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Ability to work one of the following work schedules.
* Part-time Option 1 - 29 Hours a week .
* Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 4:00pm, and 11:00am - 4:00pm on Friday.
* Part-time Option 2 - 29 Hours a week.
* Monday - Thursday 12:00pm - 6:00pm, and 12:00pm - 5:00pm on Friday.
* Also must be able to work 9:00am - 6:00pm during the initial 6 week training period.
* Ability to interpret customer requirements and build rapport quickly.
* Strong technical aptitude; able to quickly learn quoting requirements.
* Ability to overcome obstacles as needed to exceed customer expectations.
* Strong follow through and organizational skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a start up operation; strong ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
Desired:
* Minimum 2 years experience at a Customer Service Center or with Customer Service Center processes.
* College degree preferred.
* Familiarity with Lighting products and plant processes a plus.
* Six Sigma training preferred.
