Craft Brands Alliance (CBA) is a leading marketer of high quality hand crafted beers in the western United States. CBA represents the portfolio of award-winning products from The Redhook Ale Brewery of Woodinville, Washington, Widmer Brothers Brewing Company of Portland, Oregon and Kona Brewing Company of Kona, Hawaii.

 

We are currently searching for a Customer Service Administrator located in Portland, Oregon.  This position is responsible for product order management, logistical administration and wholesaler product inventory communications.

 

Specific duties:

?  Support Craft Brands Alliance?s Mission Statement and Service Policy

?  Daily order management and administration

?  Glass receiving and outbound product trailer assignment process

?  Communication with wholesalers regarding product promotions, seasonal products, new products, new customers, product demand forecasting and empty cooperage (keg) return.

?  Track empty cooperage inventories at the brewery and within the wholesaler network to insure an adequate supply is readily available.

?  Provide general assistance in all Customer Service functions as needed.

 

 

This position requires:

?  Experience in a customer service role with a rapidly growing company; direct store delivery beverage environment is a plus

?  A resourceful individual with the ability to problem solve  

?  Exceptional customer service skills

?  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relational systems/databases

?  Bachelor?s degree in business; related field or equivalent work experience.
