Customer Service Advisor 20060911 - TCC100

As a Customer Service Advisor -  you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries in an incoming call center environment. You will provide personalized service (telephone and/or written) to meet or exceed clients' time and quality expectations. Advisors execute transactions promptly and accurately respond to client requests and inquiries. To meet these demands, you will focus on understanding the firm's service policies, systems and legal compliance regulations, as well as, our products and services. 


At least one year of customer service and/or call center experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Must be very willing to work in an environment that requires heavy phone-based customer interaction.
Flexible and adaptable to quick-changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills: Professional, courteous, friendly, warm, empathetic, level-headed and composed.
Using basic business mathematics, including percentages, decimals, APR calculations, and application of formulas
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make swift, sound judgements.
Basic computing skills, including mouse usage, keyboard usage, launching programs, window(s) navigation.
Adapting to change; adjusting plans and actions in response to changes in information and opportunities
Must be able to work one weekend day per week.
Must be able to attend training Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm for the first 8 weeks.
