Customer Service Agent

Company in Carrollton seeking a Qualified Customer Service Agent

?

This individual will be responsible for taking a high volume of inbound calls from customers ordering parts for ovens and making outbound calls to inform customers of order status.? The candidate will also ensure oven and parts sales orders are processed and outside sales efforts are supported both internationally and domestically.

Essential Functions:?

*Support outside manufacturing and sales representatives and Regional Sales Directors. ?*Act as a liaison between manufacturing, sales representative customers and Regional Sales Directors.?

*Create and maintain effective relationships with sales reps and shipping staff to resolve customer issues.?

*Produce and distribute sales literature, marketing collateral, supplies, etc.?

*Provide internal coordination for all departments regarding sales administrative functions.?

*Support chefs in producing trade shows and client demos.

*Analyze processes, sales support activity and quality assurance for areas of enhancement; submit enhancements to improve quality and increase quantity of work handled.

*Handle customer sales inquiries and route issues when necessary to appropriate staff.? *Process lien releases, claims and start ups according to department and company standards and industry best practices.

*Receiving and placing telephone calls; proactive communication with customers and clients via telephone, e-mail or fax.?

*Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism; research and/or troubleshoot customer problems.?

*Resolve difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters or forward to Director if needed.?

*Work closely with managers in other departments regarding client services.?

*Work in coordination with both Oven and Parts Sales Support Agents and act as coverage when needed.

*Train, supervise and mentor members of the Customer Service department.

*Act as Front Desk Coordinator relief (when scheduled/or as needed).?

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5-7 years customer service experience.

* Previous experience with heavy order entry/processing

* Fulfillment experience desired

* Invoicing experience a plus.

* Call Center experience a plus

* Excellent phone etiquette

* Advanced customer service skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft applications

This position will be temporary to permanent, offering compensation of $30K-$35K per year.
