As a Customer Service Assistant, you?ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone and email, researching and resolving customer billing issues, and performing data entry and order processing.

 

Qualified candidates must possess:3-5 years of directly related experience in customer service, order processing, and billingHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent oral and written communication skillsSolid analytical and problem solving skillsUnderstanding of billing/invoicing and order entry processesBasic PC skills
