We have immediate openings for Customer Support Services Associates within our Merrimack, NH phone center!  In this role you will represent our organization and be the main focal point for customer inquiries pertaining to employer sponsored retirement (401K) plans serving more than 10 million employees within 24,000 clients.  As a Customer Support Services Associate, you will be part of a highly structured, fast paced team oriented environment and will be focused on accurately communicating plan specific information in response to customer inquires and requests, provide investment choices, and distribution options.  In addition, you will provide guidance and educate our customers on their 401(K) retirement needs, and alternatives available so that they can make informed decisions and help themselves achieve their investment goals.  In addition, you will deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and proactively identify and assist with service issues, and act as a customer advocate to resolve those service issues in a timely manner.

 

In this role, it is necessary to obtain Series 6 & 63 licenses, if you do not already have them, so that you will have the knowledge and expertise to effectively assist our customers.  As an organization, we will assist you with the training, resources, tools and education to successfully attain the licenses within the required timeframe but it does take dedication on your part. 

 









We are looking for individuals who possess a college degree, a strong interest in providing high levels of customer service while assisting others with their long term retirement planning, previous 401K record keeping experience would be preferred but not required and who are striving for a lasting career with a major company in the financial services industry.  In this role your compensation package will include a base salary, compensation for overtime hours worked, a quarterly bonus potential and a competitive benefits package.
