Job Responsibilities:

?

Will be responsible for answering inbound calls within the mortgage industry.

Will be taking inbound calls regarding setting up new account information within the credit dept.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced (production-based environment).

Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally.

Must be proficient working in a MS Windows environment.

Must have 1-3 years customer service experience.

Two shifts available:

Monday-Friday 10:15am-7:15pm/ Monday-Friday 11:00am-4:00pm.

Located in NW Plano.

Must be able to pass a credit check and background screen to qualify!
