CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/Buyer: Industrial Packaging & Equipment Distribution Company 

Omni Packaging specializes in designing and supplying equipment and materials for product protection and presentation systems. The following qualifications are necessary for applicants:Provide ongoing customer support to Sales staff. Respond to customer communication with a high sense of urgency -process orders in a timely manner with 100% accuracy Working knowledge of products and ability to convey information and/or alternatives to customers. Research and resolve non-conforming issues (i.e. shortages, delays) to the satisfaction of customer point of contact. Facilitate coordination of other internal departments, suppliers, and customers. Thorough working knowledge and understanding of basic business math (i.e. price and margin calculation). Use of computer terminal to enter customer orders, verify inventory and access information. Customer focused organized, good listener, approachable, detail oriented, positive attitude and a desire to succeed is essential. Strong multi-tasking skills and professional phone etiquette are required. Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential. Two to three years administrative/customer service experience required. Computer literate, desktop PC software, Microsoft Office preferred. TEAM PLAYER 

 

Education: Minimum Requirement, Bachelors degree
