Customer Service Call Center Rep
Uline, a leading international distributor of packaging and industrial supplies, currently seeks Customer Service Call Center Representatives for their Duluth, GA distribution center, located 10 minutes from The Mall of Georgia and 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Monday through Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Process customer orders via phone, fax, and internet in a call center environment

Answer product, pricing, and availability inquiries

Enter quotes on quantity/custom items and research orders

Professional phone manner and ability to work independently

Typing speed of 30 wpm
