Customer Service ? Call Center Representative

Merchant Direct the premier on-line marketer for wine, beer and related goods is hiring call center representatives.  Consistent growth provides plenty of opportunities for career advancement.  We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable Customer Service Representatives who would be responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling customer questions, complaints, and concerns.  Utilizing product knowledge and problem resolution skills to handle inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, excellent problem solving skills, and basic computer proficiency.  All customer service positions require quick learners with general pc and internet skills, 2-4 years customer service expereince required. 


Position Responsibilities - Requirements:

?  Answer inbound calls per day in a high-volume, fast-paced call center

?  Process customer orders

?  Excellent verbal & written communication skills

?  Must enjoy interacting with customers while representing the company professionally

?  Maintain customer satisfaction and demonstrate patience/telephone etiquette with customers

?  Professional phone manner and the ability to work independently
