A large call center in Collierville is in need of experienced customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience and have excellent communication skills, especially over the phone. This person must have excellent diction and grammar. This person must also be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as the ability to key 7500+ keystrokes per hour. Bilingual is a plus, but is not required.
