Customer Service Call Center Supervisor

Elekta, a world leading supplier of advanced and innovative radiation oncology and neurosurgery systems, is looking for a talented, motivated individual to join our team in Norcross, GA.

Will be responsible for the supervision of the Customer Service Engineers in the call center and for providing assistance to the field engineers and customers on all Elekta products and handling first line calls. Will also ensure the Customer Service personnel warrant the highest level of professional representation between customers and the company in all aspects of customer relations.

Responsibilities
? Supervise the daily operations of the Call Center.
? Provide leadership and supervisory guidance to direct reports.
? Perform administrative duties such as performance appraisals, reporting of departmental statistics, etc.
? Ensure that the department is staffed with the required skills.
? Utilize latest technologies to maintain technical knowledge.
? Establish and maintain department quality measures, benchmarks and best in class practices.
? Ensure all procedures, work instructions and process maps relevant to the job are regularly reviewed and updated so that they always reflect current working practices.
? Ensure that all staff observes the company procedures relating to the handling of logistics complaints.
? Supervise coverage and adjust shifts to ensure proper coverage during business hours (7 AM to 10 PM, Monday - Friday) to accommodate unscheduled emergencies.
? Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by senior management.

REQUIREMENTS
? Associate's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
? General understanding of Elekta products and services
? General knowledge of various engineering disciplines.
? Prefer 2 years of Call Center support and or field service experience in a medical or computer related field.
? Exceptional customer service skills are required.
? Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
? Ability to organize and prepare reports.
? Customer Empathy.
