Customer Service Claims Representative - Deer Valley, AZ Area

Position Description: Our large, well-known client in the Deer Valley area is looking for experienced customer service representatives to handle incoming customer calls regarding insurance claims. This person will also be in contact with company representatives and Insurance companies to follow-up with customers.

Position Requirements:

* Microsoft Access experience a MUST!
* Must be able to pass Access assessment test to qualify.
* Customer service background.
* Insurance industry experience a plus.
* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
