Customer Service/Client Retention

Assurity Financial Services, LLC is an actively growing and financially stable Mortgage Bank with branch offices in multiple states. Our corporate headquarters, located in the Denver Tech Center, is looking for the right people to join our Marketing Department on the fast paced Client Retention team.

The right person for this job will be a friendly, highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with multi-tasking capabilities. Initiative, reliability and deadline performance are essential. General computer skills such as email, Word and Excel are required. Customer service skills are imperative. Spanish speaking is a plus.

The right person will have a stable job history and possess the following:

-Ability to type 40 wpm

-Experience working in a group or team

-Customer Service background

-Ability to work Monday thru Friday

-High School Diploma or GED

-Desire to work in a professional work environment

OR

-An Associates Degree

This is a full-time position.

Total compensation will depend on experience, qualifications and performance. This is an hourly position with bonuses.
