Customer Service - Entry Level Opportunity

This position would be a part-time position providing direct support to our service department. The candidate would be handling incoming calls from customers and entering in each service call in our industry-specific dispatch tracking system. The candidate would also have direct contact with our service technicians, scheduling appointments for the service technician team. The candidate would also have to handle additional clerical duties as needed.

 

The ideal candidate to join the Advanced team would have good phone skills with the ability to handle a multi-lined phone system.  The position is in a very fast-paced environment and would involve the ability the multi-task and still continue to be detail-oriented. Proficiency with MS office and excellent data entry skills are a must. A friendly, mature, professional demeanor is also a must.
