Customer Service (Escalations Rep-BI-LINGUAL PREFERRED)

An industry leader with locations across the United States is currently seeking a highly motivated and results orientated Escalations Rep. This position will reside in our Aurora CO call center. BI-LINGUAL PREFERRED (SPANISH). 

 

THIS IS A FULL TIME TEMPORARY POSITION WITH FUTURE POTENTIAL TO BECOME REGULAR FULL TIME EMPLOYEE. THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.

 

EXAMPLES OF JUST SOME OF THE DAY-TO-DAY FUNCTIONS ARE:Handles customer escalated complaints and inquiriesGenerates daily reports for follow-upMaintains flexibility with work schedules (weekend schedule/coverage for business needs)Resolves customer issues/problems regarding coverage.  Must maintain professional attitude when dealing with customers and service providersSearches CRM database and internet websites to dispatch service providersTakes diagnosis and estimate from contractors for claim resolutionOther duties as assigned.

 

Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Email and internet is required.

Must have excellent customer service skills. Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.  Must have good typing skills and the ability to handle a high volume environment.
