As a SEASONAL Customer Service Specialist with Petro, you will perform a variety of daily Customer-care related tasks to support the Company's Customer retention efforts. This will include inbound and outbound telephone contact as well as internal operational coordination to ensure one-call resolution to elevated Customer issues in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills
Self-starter with little to no need for supervision
Proven ability to communicate effectively by telephone in a courteous manner
Strong sense of urgency
Knowledge of customer loyalty and retention programs a plus.
Qualified candidates must be proficient in the MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, and Web navigation. College degree a plus.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FULL TIME SEASONAL POSITION - 40 HOURS PER WEEK, PLUS POSSIBLE OVERTIME. HEATING SEASON TYPICALLY RUNS FROM SEPTEMBER THROUGH MAY. SEASONAL BENEFITS ARE AVAILABLE!
