As a Customer Service Specialist with Petro, you will answer incoming customer service calls from our established customer base.  Responsibilities include answering questions and providing consultation as appropriate on price, service plan, and billing issues, as well as elevated calls in a professional manner.  Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as being able to resolve issues accurately and independently.

 

Requirements:



Exceptional customer service skills




Self-starter with little to no need for supervision




Proven ability to communicate effectively by telephone in a courteous manner




Strong sense of urgency




Knowledge of customer loyalty and retention programs a plus.

 
Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, and Web navigation.
College degree a plus.
