Customer Service / Floating Copy and Mail Center Specialist

LOCATION:  Atlanta, GA

 

IKON currently has an opening for a Customer Service / Floating Copy and Mail Center Specialist in the Atlanta area.This position will be responsible for providing copy, mail, and shipping services for start-up accounts or current customer locations within a geographic territory due to vacation or absence. 

 

Primary Duties include:

? Perform copy, mail, fax and shipping support

? Provide outstanding customer service via the phone and in person

? Pick-up, sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail

? Perform copy functions and quality control

? Pack and prepare boxes for shipping

? Maintain accurate records and logs in an organized manner

? Interpret written instructions on Copy Instruction forms for accurate completion of copy jobs

? Maintain copier, add paper, toner and staples, clean glass, clear paper jams and obtain supplies

 

Other Requirements include:

? The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

? The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time

? At least a basic knowledge of MS Office and e-mail

? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

? Experience in dealing with highly stressful situations

? Previous management experience

 

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail.  

Ability to multitask and take initiative.  Must be a team player.

 

This position requires valid, violation-free driver?s license along with reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per IKON Office Solutions policy.

 

Requires high school diploma or GED and 2 years of related work experience. Previous copy center/mail room experience preferred but no required.
