Customer Service--Great Pay

Spherion, a leading national staffing firm, has partnered with Hewitt, the most premier outsourcing firm in the Woodlands area, to staff Customer Service Associates at Hewitt in the Woodlands.

 

As a Customer Service Associate at Hewitt through Spherion, you will be responsible for answering and handling inbound calls from client employees.  You will assist them by answering questions and sorting out issues pertaining to their health, savings and retirement plans.  You may also be involved in assisting with other human resource related services as well as creating and updating employee files in the database and attending meetings and trainings.  Additionally, you will perform various administrative projects which can include benefits calculations, data management and process improvements.As required, you will make follow-up calls to client employees.

 

Minimum Qualifications include:

 
Being detailed oriented and able to multi-task.
Having excellent communication and written skills.
Possessing a High School degree or equivalent
2 years experience in customer service or related field 
Proficiency in Windows 2000 or NT with a focus on multi-tasking using several windows applications at once.
Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary.  You must be available for 5, 8-hour shifts between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm Monday through Friday.  You must also be available to work on Saturdays on occassion.
You must be able to pass a background check.
