We are a growing direct response skin care company in search of a Customer Service Rep to work in our corporate offices located in Sherman Oaks.


Customer Service Representatives provide overall representation of the company.  As a member of the customer service team, it will be your responsibility to provide product information to customers or prospective customers, product pricing, ingredients, shipping information, and other information necessary to assist the caller in making a decision to become or remain a customer.

 

Functions

Answer inbound calls from existing and potential customers

Handle customer calls regarding billing or any changes to accounts
Set-up new customers in the system

Prepare information packets to prospective customers

Conduct collection calls and mail collection letters when necessary
