Customer Service/ Inside Sales

      Fortune 500 Direct Marketing Stonebridge Life Insurance Company is looking for employees who are goal-driven and have great customer service experience to join our team at our Customer Call Center. You will have specific sales goals to meet by selling additional products and retaining customers. You must be flexible to work any shift within the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday-Saturday. Full-time schedules are available.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

(Other duties may be assigned.)

 

-Answer incoming calls from existing customers.

-Explains product or service benefits, and attempts to persuade the customer to buy 

 additional products.

-Maintain professional attire that adheres to company guidelines.

-Performs duties within applicable state and federal guidelines.

-Reaching sales goals as set by department.

-Maintain high level of product knowledge.

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

-2 years sales experience

-1 year call center experience a plus

-Insurance experience a plus

-Reliable transportation

-No felonies or misdemeanors on record

-Pass a drug test

-Attend a three week training class with absolutely NO absences
