Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative Position Duties

? This person will handle multiple general office duties, answer incoming phone calls, make outbound calls, and enter information into business software systems on a daily basis.
? Provide quality customer service to all clients
? Contact clients to obtain orders
? Resolve all client questions and problems in a timely manner
? Enter all order data and obtaining necessary insurance billing information
? Maintain a high rate of customer retention through quality service
? Provide clerical support to department staff
? Type correspondence, file/retrieve/copy/distribute information
? Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
? Assist customers with orders and make product suggestions
? Create price quotations
? Develop customer relationships and support outside sales staff


Qualifications

? Two + years inbound/outbound telephone sales or outside sales or customer service experience required. A healthcare background is preferred. Excellent customer service and sales skills are required. Knowledge of basic arithmetic and healthcare-like products and the commercial procurement process is preferred. Excellent oral and written communications skills and computer literacy required.
? Good organization, word processing/data entry, and communication skills
? The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality and can resolve customer complaints with a professional attitude and smile.
? Sales closing skills
? Strong time management skills
? Familiarity with MS Office suite and data entry into business software
