Our Home Services Department in Lacey has an immediate opening for an experienced and knowledgeable Customer Service Intake Representative for our Home Store in Lacey, WA. This position offer the opportunity to learn new skills and grow professionally while working in a collaborative, team environment. The Customer Service Intake Representative is in a front line capacity and maintains good customer relations by assisting customers, to include but not limited to, patients, caregivers, physicians, Insurance companies, networks, case managers, and others with questions, recommendations and needs related to equipment, supplies or other related services. This position must have a strong knowledge base, related to medical necessity and reimbursement criteria for medical equipment and related services.

Required Skills:
We are looking for motivated candidates with a minimum of two years Home Medical Equipment or three years related medical experience, a minimum of two years working with payors and authorization processes, primarily Medicare, Medicaid and with managed care. Medical terminology and medical billing experience is preferred. Upon hire, must complete and pass the mandatory education program in addition to twenty (20) additional related Customer Service education modules.
