Westec is currently looking for individuals to fill key positions in our newly constructed Central Command Center in West Des Moines. Key duties include remotely responding to client requests for assistance, proactively contacting client locations to remotely view and listen to activity, communicating with police, writing reports, and other customer service related activities. We are searching for strong candidates who can advance into Lead and Management roles.Part time opportunities available with a pay rate of $11.00 per hour.
All positions require strong oral and written communication skills, typing speed of 30 wpm minimum, the ability to prioritize and multi-task, working knowledge of the Windows environment and MS office products. Prior call center and/or loss prevention experience a plus. HS diploma required, college preferred. Westec is a 24/7/365 operation looking for individuals with flexibility of shifts (day, swing, graveyard).
