We are looking for a Sales Service Representative with 2 years experience in providing world-class service to customers.? We are looking for a quick learning, enthusiastic, intelligent, cooperative, and organized individual who wants to contribute to Evans? success.

What are the job responsibilities?
?
Answering inbound telephone calls courteously and efficiently.
?
Providing customers with complete and accurate information about their orders, our products, etc.
?
Keeping accurate notes in the customer contact section of our computerized system.? Following up on promises and problems.
?
Developing a strong working relationship with larger, repeat order customers.
?
Initiating outbound sales calls.
?
Occasional travel to Trade Shows.
?
?
What qualifications are required?
?
Qualified candidates will have at least two years of Customer Service over the telephone.? Professional telephone presentation skills, and the ability to communicate clearly are required.? We need you to be detailed, organized, goal oriented, and customer oriented.Familiarity with plastics, printing, or promotional advertising is a plus.?

What else should I know?

The starting pay range will be between $27K and $31K per year, based on knowledge, skills, and abilities.??
