About the Position

(Onsite at DFW) Supervise and coordinate the NEC onsite group?s activities (includes a Lead Technician, two technicians, and two Admin/CSRs). Be the ?go-to? management representative of NEC on site Coordinate all technical activities and schedules with Lead Tech and customer Oversee basic repair triage via a Help Desk concept Oversee order processing (i.e. open and close tickets, investigate and resolve billing disputes, facilitate monthly billing process) Train and supervise contract Admin/CSRs End user customer visits Create, develop, and document procedures relative to daily operation of the Help Desk Work with Customer and Marketing/Account Representative to implement new service offerings.

 

Qualifications

High school degree (minimum), college a plus. Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Team Lead or Management role. Literacy in basic computer skills (Excel, Word) Proficiency/propensity on CRM systems (preferably Vantive/Peoplesoft) Customer Center or field experience, preferably supervisory. Excellent customer interface skills, process-oriented, attention to detail and documentation. Must be familiar with NEC products.
