Customer Service Management Trainee

We are a fast-growing company with unlimited opportunities for advancement into management positions. We have open positions ranging from entry level to management level. Candidates should be hardworking, friendly, and outgoing. Responsibilities include handling in-bound and out-bound customer service calls, researching customer issues, updating member information and answering questions callers may have regarding our services.

Qualified candidates must have strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer records. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are needed for building a solid rapport with our clients. The qualified candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a solid focus on team work, and the ability to work with little supervision and multi-task.

Required Skills:
Excellent job attendance and punctuality; Internet Explorer knowledge; ability to document work and communicate clearly in a demanding, high call volume environment. Requirements:Office Hours are between 8:00AM and 9:00PM, M-F.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
