As a Customer Service Manager with Petro, you will:

 
Supervise customer service staff and workflow processes including pricing and retention activities
Customer Service Representatives are located in both our North Haven, CT and Poughkeepsie, NY Call Centers
Manage customer issues, taking escalated calls and resolving concerns (one-call resolution)
Work in partnership with Service, Sales, Operations, Credit, Logistics, and other departments in regards to timely resolution of customer issues
Interview, train, develop, and manage customer service staff
Ensure pricing/margin and retention activities are in accordance with District objectives
Manage the will-call account base, all stop codes, and assist in achieving District net-ahead plan.

 

Requirements:

 
Minimum of 3 years of customer service supervisory experience, including confronting performance issues as well as giving rewards and recognition




Strong verbal and written communication skills


Proven ability to motivate others in a fast-paced and demanding environment


Must be responsive and empathetic to customer needs


Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, and Web navigation.


College degree a plus.

 
Must be willing and able to travel to our Poughkeepsie, NY Call Center up to four times per month.
