Customer Service Manager I - ECC - (Evening Hours)

Provide management, direct leadership, coaching and development, employee training, work flow management, scheduling, problem resolution for escalated customer complaints, and day-to-day operational supervision for either an assigned team or a group of teams within a contact center. Project management experience.


2 - 4 years of related experience or the equivalent combination of experience and education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this position plus 2-3 years project experience in a call center environment.
Knowledge of routine concepts, practices and procedures used to apply this competency.
Able to independently apply this competency in routine and more complex situations.
Knowledge and application of the most advanced concepts, practices and procedures to handle complex competency applications.
Sought out as technical expert or strategic leader in this competency area.
3-5 years experience in Microsoft office suite with a strong knowledge base of excel.
