Customer Service Move Co-ordinator

Jackson Moving & Storage  is a Naperville  based moving and storage company servicing residential and commercial customers.  Our mission is to be a full service moving and storage company delivery high quality service to our valuable customers through a group of highly talented and motivated staff. We are looking to fill an open position in our customer service  group with such a staff member.

 

Duties include Single point of contact for our residential customers,  ensuring this stressful life event is as seamless as possibleWorking with our retail sales team after a move has been soldCo-ordinating relocation details to dispatchScheduling and co-ordinating  3rd party providers. The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating with customer contacts and management on conflicts and special needs 

Skills: The chosen candidate must:Be comfortable communicating with customer contacts; both verbal and writtenBe pro-active in finding solutions to needs and issues as they arise.  Be able to identify special needs and resolve conflicts in a positive mannerPossess excellent organizational skills (both written and verbal)Be detail orientedSuccessfully balance multiple prioritiesBe able to work in a team environmentBe proficient with MS Office products.
