 * Providing prompt, courteous and accurate information in response to incoming customer inquiries.
 * Solving and following through on customer problems and concerns until resolution.
 * Selling the benefits of being an Advanta cardholder and offering related products and services to existing customers.
 * Meeting sales and service standards.
 * Completing and documenting daily activities.
Schedules are available between the hours of 8AM to 8PM, Monday through Friday, and 8AM to 5PM on Saturday

Requirements:
 * HS diploma/GED/or equivalent work experience.
 * College degree/courses desirable.
 * Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
 * PC experience, including data entry and ability to navigate in a Windows environment.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.
 * Ability to multi-task.
