Customer Service/Office Clerk

The Customer Service Representative/Office Clerk is responsible for the processing of phone in or faxed in orders, as well as walk in customers.

 

Will assist other Customer Service Representatives as well as management.

 

Will assist/contact venders, manufacturers, and other distributors with information on orders in a consistent and professional manner.

 

Experience in a sales atmosphere, operations or service in the pool and/or spa industry is considered a plus, but not required.

 

Skills must include the ability to complete assigned duties timely. Training will be provided on company sales policies and procedures.  Must be able to multi task.

 

Must be capable of operating a computer that utilizes the company sales system. Must be able to operate the sales telephone system. Hours vary, based on the season.  Longer hours or Saturday work day may be required from May through October.

 

Must understand that CUSTOMERS ARE OUR FIRST PRIORITY and that each member of the Sales Department is here to support that priority.

 

Performs other duties as may be required by the Manager.

Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced/changing environment.

Attention to detail and highly responsive to changing demands.

Professional demeanor. Will be assigned to work on various project requests, project tracking for managers and Executive Officers.
