Soft Surroundings is seeking an Operations Manager.  Responsiblities include the following:Responsible for the call projection and staff scheduling process to ensure optimal sales coverage.  Oversee all operations to provide cost effective service and support.  Overall responsibility for providing productivity (i.e. Monthly Productivity, Paid Hours Variance, Employee Ranking) reports to facilitate efforts in effectively and efficiently running the department.  Oversee all telecom functions, including ACD, phone systems, and long distance.  Joint responsibility with Manager of Sales and Service to manage relationship with call outsourcing partner. Responsible for the budget development and ongoing budget management process for the Customer Sales and Service Center.

 

The successful candidate will have five + years previous project and employee management, 3 + years budgeting or

financial analysis experience. Requires College Degree or equivalent education with an understanding of computers and

computer software.  Requires previous mid to high-level budgeting or financial analysis experience, as well as

substantial project and employee management and supervision experience.  Also requires problem-solving and

formulation skills, reading, reasoning, and analyzing.  Prior Sales and Service Center experience a plus.
