Responsibilities:

 

* Assit customers regarding online delivery service, web site use and navigation, order/delivery issues via telehone and email

* Troubleshoot technical issues regarding the online web site and submit detailed technical information to outside parties when applicable

* Contact customers regarding order delivery

* Research, follow up, edit, and document customer concerns and contact outcomes as needed in web-based application

* Stay up-to-date on ever-changing information

* Handle other projects as assigned

* Meet production, quality and attendance goals
