Customer Service - Order Entry/File Maint

Candle-lite, a division of Lancaster Colony Corporation, located in Blue Ash has an excellent opportunity in the Customer Service department. We are looking for an enthusiastic CSR with a positive, "can do" spirit to join our highly motivated and active team. The individual we seek will be a quick learner and fully dedicated to providing superior customer service.

 



JOB SUMMARY: Prepare and process all incoming orders using automated order entry software; edit incoming orders as to pricing, product availability and entry; handling of customer concerns and requests; maintain customer addresses and set up new accounts in automated system.

 



 





Qualifications include but may not be limited to:

Min. 2-3  years customer service using automated order entry system required



Ability to work independently



Excellent communication and organizational skills.



Ability to work with all levels of personnel, including management.



Ability to operate a PC/CRT including intermediate level working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook required.



Must be able to work around candles, oils, fragrances, potpourri on a daily basis
